Dear Students,

Please be reminded that the add/drop period on CUSIS will end on 14 September 2025 at 8:30 p.m. Kindly check your course enrollment carefully to ensure that the prescribed term course load is met. For graduating students, please make sure that all required courses for graduation have been registered. If necessary, kindly perform course add/drop on CUSIS before the deadline.

Special course add/drop period at Departments is from 15 to 19 September 2025. Students with special reasons, e.g., to enroll postgraduate course(s) which cannot be added via CUSIS, or to register courses required for fulfilling Major/Minor/University Core Requirements, should submit the completed add/drop form to the course offering departments during that period.

Students MUST check again their final course enrolment records under “View My Classes” of CUSIS on 19 September 2025 to make sure that the course enrollment records are correct and up-to-date.

Late add/drop, i.e., requests submitted after 19 September 2025, will only be considered for students with special reasons (e.g. medical grounds) or under exceptional circumstances. Relevant requests must be submitted via CUSIS by 15 November 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Late requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
