Declaration/Change of Minor(s) (2025-26)

To: Full-time Undergraduate Students

Dear Students,

The period of declaration of minor programme(s) for the 2025-26 academic year is as follows:

Application period*: 2 October 2025 to 18 April 2026 (i.e. the last teaching day of the academic year)

* The application deadline for students who are expected to graduate in 1st term 2025-26 is 31 December 2025

Students who wish to declare minor programme(s) should use the system function “Application” > “Program-Related Change Application” under CUSIS to do so provided that you have already completed or are close to completing the requirements for the minor programme(s). Students can also use the function to change or cancel an existing minor programme(s) during application period.
