Dear Students,

In case you have special educational needs (SEN) and have NOT yet reported to SEN Service of the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) for special examination arrangements, you MUST approach the SEN Service of OSA with supporting document(s) on or before 8 October 2025 for consideration and assessment, so that special examination arrangements for 1st Term 2025-26 Centralized Course Examinations can be worked out by the Registration and Examinations Section (RES) with the Departments concerned before the examinations. LATE reporting of your special educational needs may result in failure in arrangement of special examinations to accommodate your special needs. The contact information of SEN Service is as follows:
