Campus Access via CUHK Mobile Pass app

Students should download the CUHK Mobile Pass app to facilitate entry to the campus. The app generates a dynamic QR code that enables campus access by scanning it at designated readers. The app is available for download on both the App Store and Google Play.

For JUPAS students:

1. You will receive an invitation email on 6 August afternoon with an activation link from the Office of Student Affairs. Please use the link to create your account and activate campus access as a visitor. Each activation link is valid for one device only, and cannot be reused.

For non-JUPAS students:

1. If you have received your USID, please download the CUHK Mobile Pass app and activate your student account.
2. If you have not yet received your USID or have not accepted your offer from CUHK, please seek assistance from our security staff at the entrance and present the following documents:

• • i. Your offer or conditional offer letter
  • ii. A valid form of identification
